This came during the signing of the cooperation protocol between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Oriental Petrochemical Company, in the presence of Dr. "Basil Al-Baz," President of Carbon Holding Group, and engineer "Osama Kamal", former Minister of Petroleum, Vice President of Carbon Holding Group.
In this regard, Al-Terras explained that this cooperation comes within the framework of the Arab Industrialization Plan to deepen local manufacturing and increase the competitiveness of the Egyptian industry in accordance with international quality standards, praising the industrial capabilities and experience of the Oriental Company in the field of manufacturing and producing final petrochemicals, including polypropylene, with its various degrees necessary for purposes. Medical and Industrial, in addition to its future plan for the production of industrial styrene butadiene rubber, is one of the important raw materials in the manufacture of vehicle tires, which supports the joint project of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Holding Company for Chemical Industries to establish vehicle tire manufacturers in the economic zone of the Suez Canal and Al-Amiriya.
He added that it was agreed to cooperate and take advantage of local petrochemical raw materials to deepen the medical industries and tires of all kinds of vehicles, and various aspects of industry, pointing to meeting all local needs as a first stage and then opening new export markets for Arab and African countries.
The "terrace" also indicated that this cooperation will provide many job opportunities for young engineers, technicians and training in the latest technology in the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
In a related context, Al-Terras indicated that Arab Industrialization is keen on continuing the production process and managing the production wheel through the production of sterilization units and protective requirements in order to support the state in taking all precautionary measures and measures to prevent the emerging corona virus.
For his part, engineer "Osama Kamal" praised the efforts of the Arab Organization for Industrialization to deepen local industrialization, transfer and localization of global technology in a way that aims at the state's plans to develop the national industry in accordance with modern scientific systems and replace local raw materials with imported ones, as well as to address the problems facing the fields of industry and work to find innovative solutions to her.
In turn, Dr. "Basil Al-Baz" expressed his welcome to cooperate with Arab Industrialization, one of the castles of the national industry, pointing to the excellence of Arab Industrialization with technical expertise and overcoming any obstacles in order to achieve all areas of cooperation with the required efficiency and the required times according to international quality levels.
