Cooperation between the AOI and the Nigerian company DICON-EML

The export issue is one of the strategic goals that the Arab Organization for Industrialization attaches special importance to, and in which it achieves continuous successful steps by enhancing cooperation and partnerships and attracting investments, within the framework of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030.

 

In this context, the Arab Organization for Industrialization held discussions with the Nigerian company DICON-EML, where Major General Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation with sister African countries, and implementing the directives of President "Abdel Fattah El-Sisi" to open new horizons of cooperation and integration with African brothers in all industrial and economic fields.

 

He expressed his pride in the joint relations between the two countries, and the importance of continuing coordination and joint work and strengthening the bonds of cooperation by opening new areas for joint cooperation to manufacture and produce defense and civil industries, and participating in development projects in the sisterly Republic of Nigeria.

 

During the signing of the joint memorandum of understanding between the Saker Factory for Advanced Industries affiliated to the AOI and the Nigerian company DICON-EML, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization explained that we look forward to this cooperation to enhance the strategic partnership between the two sides by localizing technology and increasing the rates of local manufacturing in various industries, and training human cadres by taking advantage of the advanced capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the AOI's Training Academy.

 

He added that it was agreed to form a joint technical committee from both sides to study the mechanisms for implementing all topics of common interest, according to clear timetables, and work to open new outlets for export to African and Arab countries.

 

On their part, senior officials of the Nigerian delegation expressed their admiration for the extent of development and quality of Arab Organization for Industrialization products, stressing their country's keenness to strengthen partnership and cooperation relations with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the industrial backer of the Egyptian state, to achieve integration and localize the latest manufacturing technologies and manufacture what is imported from abroad by optimally exploiting the manufacturing capabilities of both sides.
