Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, emphasized that there are many exemplary female role models within the organization who have proven their ability to contribute in all areas of production and in all leadership and executive positions since the organization's founding. They have also contributed effectively to providing a generation that is beneficial to themselves and their country, capable of building a better future for the nation and advancing it.
This came within the framework of the annual celebration honoring the Ideal Mother at the Arab Organization for Industrialization for the current year 2025.
In this regard, Major General Eng.Mokhtar Abdellatif expressed his happiness to participate in this blessed ceremony, which has become an annual tradition to celebrate the Ideal Mother, as an expression of appreciation and gratitude within the Arab Organization for Industrialization for women and their important and vital role in all areas of life.
He explained that the Egyptian woman has always been and continues to be a unique case with a special character, as she is a symbol of giving, dedication, and sacrifice.
He explained that the honored mothers are role models of dedication and generosity, adding that an annual committee is convened to select exemplary mothers at the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) with utmost care and according to several clear criteria.
This ensures that exemplary mothers worthy of honor are selected with impartiality, integrity, and complete transparency.
During the ceremony, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) awarded certificates of appreciation to exemplary mothers across the organization's factories and companies. Ms. Sally Mohamed Abdel Moneim, from the AOI's aircraft factory, won the title of AOI's exemplary mother for 2025.
The Chairman of the AOI also took photos with the honored workers and listened to them in a friendly, brotherly, and fatherly dialogue. He thanked them for their efforts in raising their children, as well as their practical excellence in performing their duties.
For their part, the honored exemplary mothers at the AOI expressed their happiness with this elegant hospitality and sincere feelings from the presidency of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in appreciation of their role in life’s journey, wishing the AOI, its leadership and employees, continued success and prosperity.
