Through its participation in EDEX 2023 in its third edition, the Arab Organization for Industrialization is keen to enhance cooperation and expand partnerships with all international institutions and companies specialized in defense industries.

Within the framework of this axis, discussions were held today between the President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the Minister of High-Technology Industry of the Republic of Armenia, and the Chairman of the Military Industries Committee, in the presence of the Ambassador of Armenia in Cairo, on the sidelines of the activities of the third day of the EDEX 2023 exhibition.

During the discussions, the vision of the Arab Organization for Industrialization to localize technology and increase the proportion of local manufacturing in various fields of industry was presented, and its welcome of partnership with major Armenian companies and increased investment opportunities.

Major General. Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, explained that the discussions were positive, and covered the study of a number of topics of common interest to examine the extent of the possibility of implementing them.

For his part, Mr. Robert Khachatryan, the Armenian Minister of High-Technology, expressed his appreciation for the discussions with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, noting the aspiration of major Armenian companies for joint cooperation with the AOI.
