Continuous successes with advanced scientific visions, with which the Arab Organization for Industrialization continues its efforts to modernize and technologically develop all manufacturing systems and methods in all its production units and train and develop the skills of its human cadres according to Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030, and among the most prominent of these steps was the completion of the development and modernization work of the wooden furniture production lines inside the Atico Wood Industries Factory affiliated to the organization, which is located in the urban area of Abu Zaabal City, Qalyubia Governorate.
The opening activities were witnessed by Major General. Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and a number of the organization's leaders, in the presence of Mr. EDE BALINT, Executive Director of the Romanian global company Antares, and a delegation from the group.
In this regard, Major General Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif" pointed out the success of the development operations of the wooden furniture factory inside the Atico Wood Industries Factory according to the latest technology systems of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and compatibility with the flexible management system according to the ISO 18404 standard, explaining that this achievement comes as a result of continuous efforts, diligent work and creative ideas from the human cadres at the Atico Wood Industries Factory.
He pointed out that this step comes within the framework of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's implementation of an ambitious plan to develop all production workshops inside the Atico Wood Industries Factory, stressing the interest in developing the skills of workers in the Atico Factory, developing work mechanisms and manufacturing systems, and enhancing the role of digitization in managing business efficiently and effectively, which is positively reflected in increasing the rates of local manufacturing and transferring and localizing technology in many different industrial fields.
He explained that we look forward to this development to enhance partnerships and marketing opportunities and attract investments with all private and government sector entities to meet the needs of the local market and open export outlets.
He stated that the ATICO Wood Industries Factory affiliated to the Arab Organization for Industrialization is one of the industrial fortresses in the field of producing wooden furniture (hotel / home / office / summer / school furniture) manufactured from the finest natural raw materials and includes many production lines: a natural wood cutting and shaping line / a line for cutting and shaping wooden panels and surfaces consisting of CNC machines / a parquet production line for floors / a melamine panel covering line / a wooden stamp production line, in addition to the presence of an elite group of interior design and decoration engineers to create modern designs that suit the spaces and voids in cities and new communities. He explained that the factory's activity is not limited to its typical production of wooden furniture, but its services extend to reaching the customer, taking measurements, and implementing any designs provided by the customer according to his desires. He pointed out that the Atico Wood Industries Factory has played a major role in implementing projects of a national nature, including furnishing the buildings of the government district in its various stages in the New Administrative Capital and the House of Representatives, and the Senate is currently being furnished. It also provides its production to many government agencies and educational institutions, including schools, universities, clubs, hotels, major private companies and institutions, and the production of wooden molds that feed the bus industry.
