Atico Wood Industries Factory Signs a Memorandum of Understanding for Partnership with the Romanian International Company Antares

On the sidelines of the activities of completing the development and modernization of the wooden furniture production lines inside the Atico factory, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Atico Wood Industries Factory and the Romanian International Company Antares, where Major General Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his appreciation for this joint cooperation with one of the largest global entities specialized in wood industries, explaining that it was agreed to establish a joint production line to produce hydraulic chairs with local component ratios of up to 75% that suit all the needs of the local market for modern office chairs at competitive prices and looking forward to exporting in the future.

For his part, Mr. EDE BALINT, CEO of the Romanian global company Antares, expressed his pride in cooperating with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the industrial backer of the Egyptian state, stressing that this cooperation will represent a great addition to the Egyptian economy, especially since we will work on designing and manufacturing hydraulic chairs, with the manufacturing capabilities of the Atico Wood Industries Factory affiliated with the organization, which contributes to achieving sustainable development, developing the work system, and meeting the increasing demand for chairs and office furniture in the local market and exporting abroad.
