Major General Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif" Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization chaired the meetings of the Higher Committee for Employment Affairs to fill senior management positions in each of the Sakr Factory for Advanced Industries, the Helwan Factory for Advanced Industries, the Arab American Vehicles Company (AAV) and the Arab Renewable Energy Company, at the headquarters of the AOI's Academy for Training.
In the presence of Major General Engineer Abdel Rahman Abdel Azim Othman, General Director of the AOI , and the Advisor to the Chairman of the AOI for Chemical Industries and the Chairmen of of Sakr Factory, Helwan Factory, AAV Company and the Arab Renewable Energy Company, the Head of the Human Resources Sector, the Head of the Technical Sector and the Head of the Legal Affairs Sector, the Director General of the Personnel Affairs Department and the Director of the Arab Institute for Advanced Technology.
The selection criteria for candidates were characterized by clarity, accuracy and transparency, including that applicants meet the job requirements, academic capabilities and qualifications, and obtain specialized training courses, in addition to each candidate submitting a comprehensive proposal to develop the unit or one of its main activities. The development proposal should include time-bound, measurable and applicable goals, and include means of investigation within the available financial and human capabilities

In a related context, the Arab Organization for Industrialization commends the serious cooperation with the National Training Academy, where a personality traits test was conducted for candidates to fill senior management positions at the Arab Organization for Industrialization through it, according to leadership skills, decision-making and creativity, problem-solving and crisis management, and communication, persuasion and presentation skills.
