Major General Eng. "Mokhtar Abdel latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and Major General Engineer "Mohamed Salah El-Din Mustafa", Minister of State for Military Production, discussed with His Excellency "Sherif Al Hashemi", Chief Operating Officer of the UAE Tawazun Council, and Ms. "Mona Ahmed Al Jaber", Chairwoman of the Emirates Defense Industries Council, enhancing all steps to achieve cooperation and integration in the field of various defense industries.
This came within the framework of the activities of the first day of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's participation in IDEX Abu Dhabi 2025, where a visit was made to the UAE Tawazun Council pavilion and important discussions were held on enhancing cooperation, exchanging expertise, transferring and localizing technology, and agreeing to coordinate to find scientific and technological solutions for defense equipment and systems.
In this regard, Major General Eng. "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of cooperation with the UAE Tawazun Council, expressing his aspiration to enhance partnership in many areas of industry.
He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization welcomes the visit of a delegation from the UAE Tawazun Council to visit the units and companies of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and view the latest modern digital manufacturing technologies.
For their part, His Excellency "Sharif Al Hashimi", Chief Operating Officer of the UAE Tawazun Council, and Ms. "Mona Ahmed Al Jaber", Chairperson of the Emirates Defense Industries Council, praised the strategy of the Arab Organization for Industrialization based on localizing the latest manufacturing technologies and increasing local manufacturing rates, expressing their aspiration to enhance the partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in many different industrial fields
