Based on its important role in strengthening trade relations and attracting investments to the Egyptian market in various promising industrial sectors, Major General  Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, held important discussions with Dr. ,Haluk Görgün
President of the Defence Industry Agency of Türkiye
, and the accompanying delegation.

A number of topics of mutual interest and manufacturing capabilities of both sides were discussed, as well as the promising investment opportunities in various fields of industry, exchange of experiences, and emphasis on the vision of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, which it pursues to increase the proportion of the local component and localize technology in accordance with the latest standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as the continuous modernization and technological development of mechanisms. .The Turkish delegation praised the historical role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in Arab and African industry, the extent of the development of the defense equipment produced by the AOI , and the advanced manufacturing and technological capabilities and capacities in accordance with the latest standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, expressing their country’s aspiration for the participation of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in many areas of industry and development projects.

This visit comes based on the close and established relations that bring together the two friendly countries, the government and people, and in light of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to enhance the prospects for cooperation and integration with all brotherly and friendly countries, by benefiting from the advanced industrial base in the Arab region for manufacturing.
