Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, received a delegation from the Egyptian-Japanese University, headed by Dr. Amr Adly, President of the University.
During the visit to the AOI's electronics factory, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif expressed his pride in the visit of the scientific delegation from the Egyptian-Japanese University.
He emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and integration between the AOI, universities, and scientific research centers, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to deepen and increase local manufacturing, localize technology, and manufacture imported products, within the framework of Egypt's Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development.
He also highlighted the AOI's interest in supporting the implementation of research projects by students at the Egyptian-Japanese University and applicable industrial innovations to serve various manufacturing sectors with products and equipment bearing the "Made in Egypt" logo, and to develop industrial products with high added value in various research fields.
He also stated that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is utilizing its full manufacturing capabilities and technological expertise to meet the needs of the Egyptian-Japanese University for various products, in accordance with the latest international quality standards and at competitive prices, in addition to providing after-sales services.
During the visit to the electronics factory, headed by Major General Engineer Ahmed Abdel Aziz, the Egyptian-Japanese University delegation expressed their admiration for the factory's products and advanced production lines, including television screens, tablets, mobile phones, surveillance cameras, and smart security system technologies and solutions. They also expressed their appreciation for the electronics factory's efforts in implementing the first phase of securing the university with an artificial intelligence-enabled surveillance camera system.
